✦ D I S C L A I M E R ✦

- I retain full rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork. I will post the artwork to my sites unless you ask me not to.
- If you would like to post the commission somewhere, please provide proper credit, by linking back to my twitter and by using the watermarked version of the commission.
- I will charge extra for complex designs/details/extra props, i will only do this in the case that the artwork is more complex than expected. (this will fall under additional fees)
- Do not use the art that you commissioned from me for any kind of commercial use, (NFTs, selling it to someone else, putting it into an AI, etc.) doing so will get you onto my blacklist and potentially called out.
- Do not claim my art as yours, do not repost my art in any way (using it in edits, reposting on instagram/tiktok/twitter)
- Do not heavily alter any art you receive from me. Also do not remove my watermark in any circumstance.

In regards to the art :
- I will not accept characters that i don't feel comfortable drawing
- I won't be doing any kind of bgs, only transparent & simple colored ones
- Max 3x sketch revisions

In regards to the process :
- It usually takes me 1-2 weeks to finish a commission, sometimes more. I appreciate it greatly if you do not rush me. You can check the progress of your commission on my trello However, in the case that I haven't updated you on your commission within a month, please don't hesitate to shoot me a dm/email
- Sketch updates will be sent. After you confirm the sketch, I will move on to the next step.
- Once finished, I will send you your commission in two versions (1 w/ the watermark and 1 w/o the watermark). Please use the watermarked version if you’d like to post it anywhere.

In regards to the
payment :
- For International orders: payment can be sent via Paypal or Ko-fi (USD only)
- For Local orders (INA) payment can be sent via Rekening / Bank transfer (I use BCA)
- All payments must be paid in full upfront!
- Your commission will be cancelled if you are not able to pay within 48 hours, i will also not start the commission if i have not received the payment
- Refunds will only be sent if i am completely unable to do your commission (Unfortunately, i cannot send refunds for International orders)

COMMISSIONSBy commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Services and have read them.How to commission me:
1. Fill in the commission form (link in the “order form” tab!)
2. Once i review your order, I will message you. If i accept your commission, I will send you the total amount that you will need to pay [friendly reminder to please pay within 48 hours / 2 days!]
3. If you have paid, please send a screenshot of your payment as evidence that you have paid the right amount! After I confirm that i have received your payment, I will ask you some questions I may have about your commission (apologies in advance if i ask a lot of questions! Please understand that my top priority is customer satisfaction and by asking more questions, I will be able to draw more accurately the result that you want).
4. In the case that I message you but instead don’t accept your commission or am unable to do it, please be kind and respectful about it. You can offer other characters for me to draw or negotiate if the reason that I didn’t accept your commission was because I wasn't confident on being able to draw your character.*For waitlists and other inquiries, you can contact me via twitter dms, discord, or email.

  • Additional fees : + $5 USD / 5k-10k IDR (will only apply depending on complexity of the character design/details of props)

  • Other : Person A is very similar to a golden retriever, they’re also a dog lover. Person B resembles a cat and is very introverted.
